Lesson Format

The lessons will be held weekly in a one-hour teleseminar/webinar format, and the course will run for twelve weeks. The calls will be recorded and we will have live Q&A on each call. You will receive a workbook to follow along for each call and we will also assign homework to work on between classes so you can practice what you learn in class.
