There are many ways that I can help you and support you in your business.

Private Mentoring is just you and me … connecting to strategize and plan your business decisions. Because different virtual assistants need different levels of support, I have put together many different ways that we can work together privately.

You can do this in a single phone session, a single email strategy session, monthly via email, monthly via telephone, or a combination of all of them – whatever suits your needs and your budget! See below for a description of each of the different coaching and support services I can offer you:

Assessment & Strategy - $49

If you are not sure where you need to focus your attention and your energy, this Assessment and Strategy is what you need! The comprehensive questionnaire helps you determine where you are in your business, and where you want to go, and how you need to get there. You submit the questionnaire and Tracey does a full assessment based on your information, and she emails back a strategy for where you need to start focusing your marketing and planning. (Couple this with a laser session for extreme effectiveness!)

What you get: a comprehensive questionnaire to fill in with your business information; and a detailed assessment and strategy from Tracey

Laser Mentoring Session – $79 per session

Telephone Laser Mentoring sessions are the fastest way to walk through a specific issue or issues. You have a private call with Tracey to discuss whatever you need to talk about. You complete a brief questionnaire prior to your session so you can maximize the phone time with Tracey. Laser mentoring calls can be combined with email mentoring if desired, at a reduced rate. Email Tracey if you are interested in combining them.

What you get: One 30 minute strategy session by telephone with Tracey. Calls are recorded and provided to you afterward to keep.

$79/session

Email Mentoring – $97 Monthly

Email mentoring is an ideal way to get started with support and mentoring. You can do it on your own time and still get direct access to Tracey. You submit up to 5 focused emails each week, and Tracey will reply with detailed answers and resources that help you take the right steps in your business. Email mentoring is a very popular choice for people who need specific questions answered as they come up! You sign on monthly and there is no minimum commitment, so you just get support when you need it.

What you get: Thirty days of private email support with Tracey. You submit up to 5 detailed questions for week, and get direct responses and resources from Tracey. *Bonus: you also get discounts on selected programs Tracey is running while you are enrolled in email mentoring.

$97/month

Weekly Accountability Calls – $150 Monthly

Sometimes all you need is someone to help keep you on track with the things you have planned for your business. With weekly accountability calls, we will speak on the phone each week, to make sure you are staying on target with your goals.

What you get: Weekly phone calls (15 to 20 minutes) to help you stay on track with your marketing, your networking or whatever else you need support with.

$150/month

Private Coaching & Advice – $300 Monthly

When building your business, you are often wandering into uncharted territory. By getting regular support and advice from someone who has been on the path ahead of you, you will be able to bypass common mistakes and walk a smoother path to success. Investing in yourself to have the support and guidance of a mentor is one of the best ways to achieve your success faster.

What you get: Initial assessment and strategy, 90 minutes of private phone time with Tracey each month. Email support for the duration of your package. Phone calls are recorded and provided to you after each session so you can listen to them anytime you need to. *bonus: you also get access to resources from selected paid programs Tracey is running while you are enrolled in private mentoring.

$300/month

Private Marketing Training (Two Months) – $750

If you are stuck on the marketing pieces of your business, because you don’t really know what you need to be doing, or how to do it, this might be the option for you. We will work privately to determine what you know and what you don’t know. I’ll teach you what you need to know and we’ll work through it over a two month period.

What you get: Assessment and strategy, and specific self-study marketing lessons based on your needs, weekly accountability phone calls and email support to answer your questions and make sure you are staying on track. Eight weeks of private support focused mainly on getting your marketing plan in place and working for you.

$750

VIP Session – $500/half day or $900 full day

If you have all the marketing training you think you need, and you are still struggling to build or grow your business, you may need help strategizing and putting all of the pieces in place. A VIP session will allow you to pull all of your ‘stuff’ together, fill in the pieces that you are missing, and get your strategy for implementation in place.

What you get (half day): Pre-VIP day phone call, 4 hour VIP session (via telephone, Skype, or in person) with follow up notes and recording if applicable, 30 day follow up phone call.

What you get (full day): Pre-VIP day phone call, 6 hour VIP session (via telephone, Skype, or in person) with follow up notes and recording if applicable, 30 day and 60 day follow up phone calls.
