Social media is supposed to be \u2026 social. Are you?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I see you. I know you’re there. You are on social media but You. Never. Post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And you never comment!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How many people have you interacted with today on your social media profiles? Fewer than five? None?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

My goodness, what is the point of being on social media if you are not being social?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know, I probably sound like your mom when I say that, but it’s true.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are all on social media for the personal aspect of it. Mindless scrolling to find funny videos or pictures, recipes, news stories. No problem, I do it too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But so many of you are also on there for your business, but you never interact with people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’d like to help you change that.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I ask Virtual Assistants what they post on social media to tell people about their business, the most common answer is \u2018I don\u2019t really know what to post.\u2019<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

And so they often post nothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or they post the wrong things and they don\u2019t even know it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And if they do have conversations, it\u2019s usually only with VAs (newsflash \u2013 VAs are not your clients \u2013 go and have conversations with clients!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ability to post and share great content, and interact easily with potential clients is the fundamental reason that social media is an amazing tool to build your VA business.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

But I understand why VAs get stuck. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s because you don\u2019t have a clear understanding of the services you offer and how those services help your clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Without knowing this, it\u2019s very easy to get stuck on \u2018what to post\u2019 on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do you write your own content \u2013 or share content that others post \u2013 if you aren\u2019t sure if it\u2019s what your audience wants to see?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So \u2026 like many VAs \u2026 you post nothing. You say nothing. You LURK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
