What Do You Need to Learn to Be a Fantastic Virtual Assistant?

I see you there. You want to be the BEST Virtual Assistant out there. You want to earn lots of money and work with lots of clients. I know that.

But you’re not there yet. You are struggling.

You don’t have clients. Or you don’t have great clients.

You’re not making enough money. Or you aren’t making any money.

You feel lost. You don’t know what to do next.

You can’t figure out why it’s so hard to start your business.

Lots of other VAs are doing it. You see them all the time on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram.

So why not you?

Well, it’s probably a pretty simple answer. You probably just haven’t learned what you need to know yet.

So what do you need to be a fantastic Virtual Assistant?

You have to learn what you don’t know.

Now that doesn’t mean you have to learn social media, or bookkeeping, or how to use the latest CRM.

Actually it’s quite the opposite!

You need to learn what you don’t know about business and marketing.

If you don’t know how to decide your services or rates, you need to learn.

If you don’t know how to find clients, you need to learn.

If you don’t know how to plan where your revenue is going to come from, you need to learn.

Being a Virtual Assistant means being a business owner. So you need to learn how to be one.

I had to learn that. And guess what – all the VAs that you are looking at out there that have successful businesses – they had to learn it too!

And do you want to know the best part?

You only have to learn these things ONCE.

How to set your rates – once you know the strategy around how to do this, you can apply it anytime in your business.

How to find clients – although you may be looking in different areas or for different groups of people, the concept is always the same.

Where your revenue comes from – this is business planning. Once you know how to do it, you can do it over and over again as you business changes.

So many VAs get caught up with learning skills that they don’t realize the really important thing as a business owner is to know how to run a business that is sustainable and profitable.

So learn that. And you will be the best VA you can be. No matter what services you offer.
